📦 How do I place a wholesale order?

Browse our product catalog, click \”Request Quote\” on any product, fill in your business details, and submit. Our team will contact you on WhatsApp within 12 hours with exact pricing, payment options, and shipping estimates for your location.

💳 What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

• Zelle — for orders under 500 pcs (fastest, no fees)
• International wire transfer — for orders of 500+ pcs
• ACH bank transfer — available for US-based businesses

We do not accept credit cards or PayPal for wholesale orders at this time. Our team will provide payment instructions tailored to your order size.

🚚 How fast is shipping?

All orders ship from our US warehouse in Los Angeles, California:

• West Coast (CA, OR, WA, NV, AZ): 3-5 business days
• Midwest/South (TX, IL, FL, GA, etc.): 4-6 business days
• East Coast (NY, NJ, PA, MA, etc.): 5-7 business days

Orders received before 2 PM PT typically ship same day.

📍 Do you ship to all US states?

We ship to all US states except: California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York (due to local vape flavor regulations). For business licensing and regulatory reasons, we may need to verify your business license before shipping to certain states.

🔍 Can I get a sample before ordering?

Yes. We offer a $15 sample kit (1 device + 2 pods) shipped from our US warehouse. The $15 is fully refundable against your first wholesale order over $500. Order a sample here.

⚠️ What about defective units?

We include 5-8% extra units on every wholesale order to cover any defective units. This is built into our pricing — you don\’t pay for these extras. If you receive more than 8% defective units, contact us on WhatsApp and we\’ll send replacements at no charge.
