Shipping Times & Rates

Order Processing

• Order confirmation: Within 12 hours of payment
• Tracking number: Emailed within 24-48 hours of dispatch
• Dispatch time: 1-2 business days after payment clears
• Working days: Monday – Friday (closed weekends and US federal holidays)

Carrier & Tracking

We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on package size and destination. All orders include tracking. You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Palletized Shipping (1,000+ pcs)

For orders of 1,000+ pieces, we offer palletized shipping via LTL freight at wholesale rates. This is faster and more cost-effective for large orders. We’ll provide a custom quote including freight cost on request.

Discreet Packaging

All orders are shipped in unmarked boxes. Product packaging shows the UP9 branding but shipping labels are neutral. We’re experienced in fulfilling orders for vape shops, convenience stores, and online resellers.

Returns & Damaged Goods

We over-ship by 5-8% on every wholesale order to cover any rare defects. If you receive defective units, simply take a photo and contact us via WhatsApp – we’ll send replacements with your next order at no charge. For full details, see our FAQ.
